The Executive Board of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata (National University of La Plata) adopted the resolution 931 on September 5th, 2011, creating the International Cooperation Agency (ACI) according to the purposes stated in its Strategic Plan 2010 – 2014.
Its main purpose is to potentiate the UNLP internationalization process and to contribute to the regional socio-economic transformation by means of a process of mutual transfer and enrichment which generates values to all the involved stakeholders and sectors involved in the cooperation actions.
