Purpose

By accepting the challenge and taking on this commitment when creating this Agency, we hope to achieve simultaneous benefits for the University and for the development of the country and sub-continent as a result of the close collaborations and complementation undertaken with public and private institutions, in the pursuit of welfare and solutions for the inadequacies at regional level in keeping with the policies of the national agenda.
In summary, the Agency may be considered as a new way of social validation from the University.

Vision

The vision is to be the agency that –by its nature and purpose- puts in practice an international cooperation based on solidarity, equity and exchange by playing a relevant role among the multiplicity of stakeholders involved, in order to contribute to the transformation and improvement of the society that may require them.

Mission

Its mission is to contribute to the regional socio-economic transformation through a process of mutual transfer and enrichment which creates values to all the stakeholders and sectors involved in the cooperation action, understanding for international cooperation those actions and programs to be performed as academic and scientific exchange, as well as programs and actions of services and knowledge transfer, to produce significant improvements regarding life quality of the inhabitants of the beneficiary region.
